| The Junior DL 1/4 3T are born out of the experience of our Junior and Esprit DL models to be able to satisfy small to medium output requirements. On this existing technology, we have developed a linear self-adhesive labeller that also dispenses and smooths all types of tin, PVC, and aluminum capsules. The feeding of the capsules stick from the charging plate is possible by two horizontal feeding belts. The intermittent universal cup distributes the capsule on the bottle without direct air, but by a piston mounted directly on the cup. Our 4 smoothing TV LPI heads are made in hard treated light aluminum and the support shafts and centering rings are in treated and rectified 420 stainless steel. For the labelling part, up to three TV A1T stations for the application of front label, back label, and neck label (or any other type of self-adhesive band placed onto the bottleneck) are installed. |
